Dynamic reconstruction of periocular tissue is one of the newest methods as a complete and combined treatment that I offer to my patients.

It consists of a 3D periocular scan with a special simulator to evaluate all types of procedures for the face to take a better and more realistic decision based on the patient's personal wishes. The combination of Dynamic reconstruction treatments will then be planned to achieve the best result.

Oculoplastic surgery and less invasive treatments

These treatments include non-incisional CO2 laser blepharoplasty or minimally invasive blepharoplasty (Mini-Bleph) treatments such as a new non-invasive procedure and non-surgical based laser resurfacing of the upper and lower eyelid skin using continuous wave CO2 lasers with shorter operative and recovery times and more natural results, and no scarring compared to traditional surgical techniques.

Oculoplastic surgery

This treatment could be offered as a combined approach with other treatments such as periocular treatment. IPL and RF treatment. IPL can be effective in treating the signs of ageing of periorbital skin. This system was initially used to treat vascular lesions.

The use of various optical filters was also shown to be effective in skin rejuvenation and the reduction of wrinkles and unwanted pigmentation. Radiofrequency (RF) tissue tightening was developed to create thermal effects in the dermis. no external skin wounds with resulting dermal collagen remodelling and secondary skin tightening and wrinkle improvement.

We offer this Dynamic reconstruction treatment For our patients and whenever surgical blepharoplasty is indicated, we perform this procedure with CO2 laser incisions with fewer side effects and postoperative bruising and a faster recovery time with combined postoperative Autologous Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for better and faster suture line healing.
